Host Home Minimum Requirements

Must be able to use one or both hands for writing, a phone and other precision work related tasks.
1. Must be able to intermittently stand for time periods of up to six hours a day.
2. Must be able to walk on various terrains with changes in temperature and exposure to
dust and other irritants such as pollen.
3. Must be able to climb three flights of stairs.
4. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with fellow workers, residents
and public.
5. Must be able to frequently assist and help transfer residents.
6. Must be able to occasionally lift up to twenty-five pounds.
7. Must be able to kneel, squat, bend, reach and twist occasionally during the workday.
8. Must be able to occasionally pull up to fifty pounds.
